Provably fair crash games

Provably fair systems let you check that a round’s result was fixed before you bet and not changed afterwards. Learn how the idea works, which of the ten crash games we tested offer a provably fair tool or a certified RNG instead, and how to check a round in Aviator.

What provably fair means

In a typical provably fair setup the game commits to a result before the round, usually by publishing a hash, and reveals the inputs afterwards so anyone can recompute it. It proves the result wasn’t altered; it does not remove the house edge.

What we saw in each game

  • Aviator: rules say each round’s multiplier is generated before it starts by a provably fair algorithm; checking is available from the Top tab and My Bets; Provably Fair Settings in the menu.
  • Chicken Road and Chicken Road 2.0: “Provably fair settings” in the menu.
  • Crash X: Turbo Games describes it as provably fair; the settings show RNG version 2.0.0.
  • Space XY and Aviamasters: rules refer to a certified random number generator.
  • JetX, Balloon, Helicopter X and Aviatrix: we did not see a provably fair checker in the demo.
